I specialize in negotiation and contracts. I started in the mortgage industry in 2004 as a full-time loan processor, then in 2008 managed the bank-owned property portfolio with Alliance Bay Realty. Since 2011, I have concentrated my time in the specialized field of transaction coordination. As a transaction coordinator I managed the paperwork of a real estate transaction from beginning to end. With well over 3,000 transactions closed while owning my transaction coordination company, I have the unique experience of reviewing, experiencing, and handling over 3,000 real estate transactions to a successful close.
